How does Talent Chaser’s Evidence-Based Recruitment work?
Talent Chaser utilizes a 20-minute multiple-choice Performance Profile Questionnaire (PPQ) to identify behavioral tendencies within your organization and compare them with actual performance ratings for specific job positions in the Performance Appraisal module.
This online exam delivers role-specific comparisons which are used to screen job applicants. The information collected during this screening assessment is used to update continually the online adaptive screens. The integrated process of the Talent Chaser Performance Appraisal data functions as a feedback system.
Talent Chaser’s evidence-based recruitment is performance linked. Applicants passing through the Talent Chaser system will be presented with automatically adjusted recruitment screens. This will increase the percentage chance that the applicants who passed the Performance Profile Questionnaire will achieve high performance ratings when employed.
